Chesapeake Bay Flounder and Cobia report!

The Salt Treated Fishing weekend recap:

Both boats stayed busy fishing all weekend. Captain Brian and Hunter ran "Salt Treated" all weekend and had some bang up trips catching many fish with several double digit days and boating some really solid Cobia up to 58lbs. They released several trophy size fish. Great going guys!

On "Clock Work" we had Brant, Sam, and Paw on the boat for 3 days straight just like the other boat we had some really great fishing. The first two days we devoted our trip strictly to Cobia catching two personal best for them. Our biggest fish was 54 inches and we kept our limit releasing many more! On the last day we decided to do a little Flounder fishing. We got a late start and headed to the bridge. Pleasant surprise, we caught around 10 Flounder having 5 keepers and Paw catching his first and the biggest Flounder of the day 22 inches! We topped the day off with do a little Cobia fishing. We caught a handful of fish keeping one 47 inches and releasing the rest. We had a few shots at some really nice fish, they just wouldn't eat. It was just an all around great weekend from great weather to great customers, thank you! Salt Treated Fishing has some prime dates open and the fishing is red hot and getting better!
