Weekend recap! Cobia to 67 lbs, Flounder to 6.12 lbs!!! #ChesapeakeBayonfire

Started off fishing Friday, we had 5 gentleman from NATO that were stationed here from Poland so they had high hopes to get on a great Cobia bite. It was extremely rough, but on the positive note the sky was clear as a could be. We saw probably 80 Cobia catching many, but a lot of them shorts. We lucked up in the bottom of the ninth right before the clouds hit and landed a JUMBO 67 lber! Congrats and thanks for the business guys. Saturday we had long time friend and clients back out with us Pat and Sean I had very high expectations with a plan was to start live baiting Flounder first thing. So, we linked up with Melvin and got some primo spot and headed to the bridge. The conditions were perfect, but the dirty water shut the bite down. We gave it a little bit of time caught around 5 Flounder with two keepers, but one being a fatty 6.12 lbs! We switched gears to Cobia fishing just like the day before a lot small fish around. Caught many just shy of keeper size 38-39 inches boxing one 44.5 inches and pulled a few keepers off. Sunday finally a little change of pace on the Cobia game. We had Kenneth, Reid, and Preston back out with us and right out the gate it was game on again. Saw tons of Cobia and it was good fishing. With two keepers in the box in the first 45 minutes of fishing we unfortunately ran through a little dry spell trying to get the bigger fish to eat. Caught a few smaller fish in the mean time. Then saw a another JUMBO and after about 20 cast she finally ate! Congrats guys, we earned it, a beautiful 58 lber!! Thanks to all my customer for making it such a great weekend!
